Harvoni is an antiviral medication used to treat chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1, 4, 5, and 6 in adults and children aged 3 and older. It is a once-daily, combination tablet (ledipasvir and sofosbuvir) that works to cure the infection, often in 8–12 weeks. It is also used for patients with compensated and decompensated cirrhosis or liver transplants.

Harvoni is used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections in adults and children aged 3 years and older. Harvoni is used for HCV genotypes 1, 4, 5, or 6 infections without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis. Harvoni also treats HCV genotype 1 infection with advanced cirrhosis (decompensated) in combination with ribavirin and people with HCV genotype 1 or 4 infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis who have had a liver transplant, in combination with ribavirin.
