Harvoni ist ein antivirales Medikament zur Behandlung der chronischen Hepatitis C (HCV) der Genotypen 1, 4, 5 und 6 bei Erwachsenen und Kindern ab 3 Jahren. Es handelt sich um eine einmal täglich einzunehmende Kombinationstablette (Ledipasvir und Sofosbuvir), die die Infektion in der Regel innerhalb von 8–12 Wochen heilt. Harvoni wird auch bei Patienten mit kompensierter und dekompensierter Leberzirrhose oder nach Lebertransplantation angewendet.

Harvoni is used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections in adults and children aged 3 years and older. Harvoni is used for HCV genotypes 1, 4, 5, or 6 infections without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis. Harvoni also treats HCV genotype 1 infection with advanced cirrhosis (decompensated) in combination with ribavirin and people with HCV genotype 1 or 4 infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis who have had a liver transplant, in combination with ribavirin.
