العودة إلى الكتالوجغسول كانديد ب هو مزيج من دواءين: بيكلوميتازون وكلوتريمازول يعالجان الالتهابات الجلدية. بيكلوميتازون هو الستيرويد الذي يمنع إنتاج بعض الرسل الكيميائية (البروستاجلاندين) التي تجعل الجلد الأحمر ، وتورم وحكة. كلوتريمازول مضاد للفطريات يوقف نمو الفطريات على الجلد عن طريق منعها من تكوين الغطاء الواقي الخاص بها.
