العودة إلى الكتالوججليفيك (إيماتينيب) هو مثبط مُستهدف لكيناز التيروزين يُستخدم لعلاج أنواع عديدة من السرطان، أبرزها ابيضاض الدم النخاعي المزمن (CML) وابيضاض الدم الليمفاوي الحاد (ALL) المصحوبين بكروموسوم فيلادلفيا. كما يُستخدم لعلاج أورام الجهاز الهضمي اللحمية (GIST)، وساركوما الجلد الليفية المتضخمة، وبعض أمراض خلل التنسج النخاعي والتكاثر النخاعي عن طريق تثبيط بروتينات مُحددة مُحفزة للسرطان.
