العودة إلى الكتالوجإيلاكستين (بيلاستين) هو مضاد هيستامين من الجيل الثاني لا يسبب النعاس، ويُستخدم لتخفيف أعراض التهاب الأنف التحسسي (حمى القش) والطفح الجلدي المصحوب بحكة (الشرى). كما يُخفف من العطس وسيلان الأنف وانسداده واحمرار العينين ودموعهما لدى البالغين والمراهقين.
