Harvoni je antivirový lék používaný k léčbě chronické hepatitidy C (HCV) genotypů 1, 4, 5 a 6 u dospělých a dětí od 3 let. Jedná se o kombinovanou tabletu (ledipasvir a sofosbuvir) užívanou jednou denně, která infekci vyléčí, často během 8–12 týdnů. Používá se také u pacientů s kompenzovanou a dekompenzovanou cirhózou nebo po transplantaci jater.

Harvoni is used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections in adults and children aged 3 years and older. Harvoni is used for HCV genotypes 1, 4, 5, or 6 infections without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis. Harvoni also treats HCV genotype 1 infection with advanced cirrhosis (decompensated) in combination with ribavirin and people with HCV genotype 1 or 4 infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis who have had a liver transplant, in combination with ribavirin.
