Tarceva (Erlotinib) ist ein zielgerichtetes Krebsmedikament zur Behandlung von fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs (NSCLC) mit spezifischen EGFR-Genmutationen, entweder als Erstlinientherapie oder nach einer Chemotherapie. Es wird auch in Kombination mit Gemcitabin bei metastasiertem Bauchspeicheldrüsenkrebs eingesetzt. Tarceva blockiert die Rezeptoren des epidermalen Wachstumsfaktors (EGFR).
