Tarceva (erlotinib) es un fármaco oncológico dirigido que se utiliza para tratar el cáncer de pulmón de células no pequeñas (CPCNP) avanzado o metastásico con mutaciones específicas del gen EGFR, ya sea como tratamiento de primera línea o después de la quimioterapia. También se utiliza en combinación con gemcitabina para el cáncer de páncreas metastásico. Tarceva actúa bloqueando los receptores del factor de crecimiento epidérmico (EGFR).
