Tarceva (erlotinib) est un médicament anticancéreux ciblé utilisé pour traiter le cancer du poumon non à petites cellules (CPNPC) avancé ou métastatique présentant des mutations spécifiques du gène EGFR, soit en première ligne, soit après chimiothérapie. Il est également utilisé en association avec la gemcitabine pour le cancer du pancréas métastatique. Tarceva agit en bloquant les récepteurs du facteur de croissance épidermique (EGFR).
