カタログに戻る動脈性高血圧の場合、アタカンドは用量依存的に動脈圧を長時間低下させます。抗高血圧作用は、心拍数の反射的な増加なしに、全身末梢抵抗の減少によって発生します。初回投与後の重度または増強された低血圧や、治療中止後の禁断症状に関する指示はありません。

Atacand is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (sometimes called an ARB). Candesartan keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow. Atacand is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults and children who are at least 1 year old. Lowering blood pressure may lower your risk of a stroke or heart attack.
