カタログに戻るハーボニーは、成人および3歳以上の小児における慢性C型肝炎ウイルス（HCV）遺伝子型1、4、5、6の治療に使用される抗ウイルス薬です。レジパスビルとソホスブビルを配合した1日1回服用する錠剤で、通常8～12週間で感染を治癒させます。また、代償性および非代償性肝硬変の患者や肝移植を受けた患者にも使用されます。

Harvoni is used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections in adults and children aged 3 years and older. Harvoni is used for HCV genotypes 1, 4, 5, or 6 infections without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis. Harvoni also treats HCV genotype 1 infection with advanced cirrhosis (decompensated) in combination with ribavirin and people with HCV genotype 1 or 4 infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis who have had a liver transplant, in combination with ribavirin.
