カタログに戻るスピリバ 18mcg カプセルは抗コリン薬です。慢性閉塞性肺疾患および喘息の治療に使用されます。チオトロピウムは、進行中の肺疾患 (気管支炎および肺気腫を含む慢性閉塞性肺疾患 - COPD) によって引き起こされる症状 (喘鳴、息切れなど) を抑制および予防するために使用されます。気道周辺の筋肉を弛緩させることで気道が開き、呼吸が楽になります。

Spiriva is a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles in the airways and increases air flow to the lungs. Spiriva is used to prevent bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways in the lungs) in adults with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), including bronchitis and emphysema. Spiriva Respimat is also used to prevent asthma attacks in adults and children who are at least 6 years old.
