カタログに戻るスプリセル（ダサチニブ）は、フィラデルフィア染色体陽性の慢性骨髄性白血病（CML）および急性リンパ性白血病（ALL）の成人および小児（1歳以上）の治療に使用される処方箋薬の標的療法です。チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤として作用し、特にイマチニブなどの他の治療法が効果を示さなかった場合や、耐えられない場合に、がん細胞の増殖を抑制します。
