Cephavet droge siroop, dat het antibioticum cefalexine bevat, is een diergeneesmiddel dat voornamelijk wordt gebruikt bij honden en katten voor de behandeling van diverse bacteriële infecties, waaronder huid- en weke-deleninfecties (wonden, abcessen), urineweginfecties (UWI’s), luchtweginfecties (longontsteking), bot- en gewrichtsinfecties en oorontstekingen, door de bacteriegroei te remmen.
