Terug naar catalogusElocon is een ontstekingsremmend middel dat behoort tot de groep geneesmiddelen die corticosteroïden (of steroïden) worden genoemd, voor toediening aan de huid. Elocon is geïndiceerd voor de verlichting van manifestaties zoals ontsteking en jeuk, veroorzaakt door bepaalde inflammatoire huidaandoeningen, zoals psoriasis (behalve uitgebreide plaque psoriasis), atopische dermatitis, irriterende dermatitis en/of contactallergieën. Het wordt gebruikt door een dunne laag van de crème/zalf aan te brengen die het getroffen gebied eenmaal per dag bedekt.
