Fildena Super Active belongs to a class of drugs known as Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE-5). This inhibition boosts the level of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP), which increases penile blood flow and helps attain and sustain an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. It is also used to treat Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (enlarged prostate) and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).
