Clofranil tablett er et trisyklisk antidepressivum. Det brukes hos voksne for å behandle obsessiv-kompulsiv lidelse (OCD). Det behandler også muskelsvakhet (katapleksi) forbundet med gjentatte anfall av søvnighet (narkolepsi) og kan håndtere depresjon som ikke responderer på andre legemidler.
